Au Revoir Deux Mille Onze

I'm ending this year tonight, sitting at home on my couch. i decided to stay home tonight and finish packing and chilling with my mom. This year had many ups and downs, new experiences, losses, gains, tons of stories, and change. I wouldn't call this one of my better years, but this was a year in which i have grown a lot. i've grown up a lot. i've learned a lot, both in school and in life. i took chances this year. i changed the way i look at things. i feel like i'm finally becoming the person that i am meant to be, which sounds really corny and dumb, but it's true. I spent the beginning of this year freaking out about school and life and ended with the relief of knowing that next year i will be finally living my dreams. I will be going to france. I will be on a new place, with new people, and a new way of life. so with that, goodbye 2011, and all of the the good, and bad, times you brought me.

Beach Comber

Gouttes d'argent d'orfèvrerie;
Chacun s'habille de nouveau.
Le temps a laissé son manteau.

Daffodils
